CANCELLATION POLICY

• No penalty if you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

• A full refund will be applied to the credit card your purchase was made on if cancelling.

• A $50 charge will occur on a cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment if under 24 hours .

• For Express On-Demand appointments: NO cancellations/ NO rescheduling is allowed under 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. There will be NO refund.

If you fail to notify us of canceling your scheduled appointment and/or don’t show up for your scheduled appointment then your appointment has been forfeited. NO rescheduling. NO refunds.
